Yesterday we reported about McFly filming for From The Heart, a new ITV1 tv show. Later that evening we've uploaded some more pics of the lads in their gym outfits and published some things on our Tumblr. Unfortunately most pictures were reuploaded and all credit was removed, if you see a picture that's yours please contact us and we'll credit you.

A fan recorded McFly's race - we're not sure if it'll be online long, as it'll be on ITV1 soon. So make sure to watch it, before it might be gone.

McFLY hunk Tom Fletcher lets slip a weird secret this weekend – he loves to knit.

The boyband star and songwriter, 27, makes the confession on Sunday’s All Star Family Fortunes.

He has knitted a few gifts for his loved ones, including a scarf for his gran for Christmas.

Tom also tells how he loves the festive season so much that last year his wife Giovanna staged a Crimbo party on his birthday in July.

And he tells host Vernon Kay that bandmate Dougie Poynter, 25, has a special hidden talent – he can play the didgeridoo.
