You said you wanted love

As you all know McFly is currently busy working on album number six. They're writing with James Bourne somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Working late and waking up around 1PM. Tom said: 'Up late again working on some awesome songs. The next Mcfly album is starting to sound like a "Mcfly" album.' We can't wait till it's out! Bring on some killer songs!

In the meantime Tom's video has gone viral (8 million views and counting) all around the world and they even asked him for an interview! We hope more people start to listen to McFly's music after watching Tom's - now known as 'the wedding singer' - wedding speech. Little fact, Ellen DeGeneres (from the Ellen Show) is now following Tom on Twitter! Fingers crossed she'll ask him, or McFly, for her show. Anyway, here's Tom's interview with Showbiz Tonight, an American entertainment news program. Little warning here, they show parts of his speech, so don't forget the tissues just in case ;)

McFly pair Tom Fletcher and Dougie Poynter have seen their children's book win its first award.

The musical duo released 'The Dinosaur That Pooped Christmas' in October last year and it seems to have gone down a storm.

It has now reigned supreme in the Best eBook Children's category at the 2013 Publishing Innovation Awards, which were held in New York on Wednesday (January 16).

Speaking on Twitter about the accolade, Tom Fletcher said:"Awesome news! Our book The Dinosaur That Pooped Christmas has won an award! Well done."

A synopsis for the book says: "Danny wants everything for Christmas. But what he gets is a dinosaur, a very hungry dinosaur. Danny's new dino eats up all of Christmas, but as we all know, what goes in must come out...Danny is about to have the most EXPLOSIVE Christmas of his life! There's poop, presents and prehistoric creatures in this festive feast!"

Tom is going to be on All Star Family Fortunes very soon. Super City posted an article with a new date for your diaries. Tune in on Sunday 3 February at 7.45pm UK time (ITV1). The Fletcher family will be competing against Samantha Womack & her family to win thousands for their chosen charities.
