Unsaid Things: Our Story

First of all, we've been a little busy lately going on holiday trips and just enjoying our free time. So we had quite some news to catch up with earlier this week. Because two weeks is quite a lot to catch up with we're going to give you the highlights of the last weeks.

When we left our digital mission:MCFLY offices the news hit our Twitter feed McFly was gonna release another Greatest Hits album. The album coincides with the release of the autobiography later this year. The brand new album will be released due summer 2013. As stated on McFly's Super City: 'This autumn we will be celebrating McFly's amazing journey so far and we can't wait to share all the stories as well as excitement for the future.'

Earlier today Super City announced the official title and pre-sale details, saying:

We can now officially announce the title of McFly's autobiography!

And if that wasn't exciting enough be sure to keep a look out here on Super City over the next few days to be one of the first to see the official cover!

Although the cover still remains 'secret' according to Super City. Amazon published the album cover already on their website (Thanks to @mcfly_images for pointing this out).



It's actually quite likely this is the real cover. Remember the group photo with photographer Perou? (this one) They're all wearing the same clothes and we know Perou's been shooting pics for the biography...

EDIT Just in, Danny tweeted about the album cover, including the pic above. So it's now officially confirmed the cover is real.

About the new album then... Remember the board of progress a few years ago? It seems McFly is getting creative again and made another one. According to Tom "there is a lot of progress to be made!"



The only problem is that the board appears to be on some sort of code again. We spotted Red, Touch the Rain and Do What Ya, our new favourites from tour. Also, a song called Break Me and Kidz - if that's the right way to read it anyway... If you have any ideas about the icons, feel free to share them with us. McFly Concert for 50,000 in Hyde Park

McFly played a 70 minute concert for 50,000 in Hyde Park on 4 August, followed by Olympic coverage on big screens.

Good news for the Brazilian fans! Radio Mix FM published the following message on their Twitter profile:

Big Time Rush, McFLY, Demi Lovato, Hot Chelle Rae, The Wanted e Yellowcard no Z Festival de 2012! Mais informações em breve!

Roughly translated it says McFly is going to play Z-Festival (takes place in September this year) in Brazil. They're playing alongside Big Time Rush, Demi Lovato, Hot Chelle Rae, The Wanted and Yellowcard. More information will be announced soon we assume.
