The rules are all the same, it's just a different game
If you are good at gig photography and want to get the chance to shoot McFly on one of their US gigs, leave us an e-mail! As a successful-enough fansite you can apply for a photopass, and that's what we've done. But obviously, we don't live in the US so we're looking for two people to photograph for us. E-mail us at contact@missionmcfly.com and tell us something about yourself, your motivation, your type of camera (and if you can, some example photos) and which gig you'll be attending in September.
If we manage to get a photopass for each gig, we'll choose two of you (our apologies Sven!), one for each gig, who can go and bring their professional camera into the venue for some good concert photography. Wanna fly through gridlocked traffic? Get a bike That's what one British rock musician has just done. Forget the stretch limos, McFly's Harry Judd has bought a bike. McFly drummer Harry Judd bought a bike specifically to beat traffic. "So I cycled to rehearsals. I got called a w#*k*r twice and a d%*k head but I carried on smiling as I shot past the traffic..." Judd is on to a good thing. Stretch limos - just like all other four wheel motor vehicles - are going to get increasingly stuck in snarl-ups. A report in Belgian newspaper Le Soir today revealed that travel time in the headquarter city of the European Union will increase by 45 percent within three years, with the average speed for cars dropping to just 9mph. That's so slow many cyclists would fall off at that speed. Harry did mention that he got papped on his way home... we're still on the out look for those pictures! And guess who else is as excited as Perez Hilton for the McFly US gigs? McFly Announces First U.S. Tour Dates And as always, we've added a bunch of new pictures to our gallery.
