Nights are long and restless

The two American McFly shows sold out super quickly, we can't say we're surprised... However, we've been told a large amount was bought by so called 'scalpers'. They are people who buy tickets and sell them for an super high price. This doesn't only happen in the USA, it happens everywhere and there's nothing to stop this. Although sometimes concert venues choose to invalidate the tickets and bring new tickets in the official system (so keep your eyes peeled for more news).

For example a site called 'Stub Hub' is selling McFly tickets for 800 dollars each. Please DON'T buy tickets from any other site than the official pages. There are loads of scammers on the internet who are trying to sell fake tickets. Please only buy tickets from the official sites as ticketmaster/ticketservice and livenation. You can find these ticket links on the pages of the concert/theatervenues.

We do have good news for everyone who didn't get tickets though. Due to popular demand, both The Roxy Theatre and The Gramercy Theatre announced two more shows. Be sure to bookmark/save the ticket links we've posted below:

- September 7th - Los Angeles, CA - The Roxy Theatre at 7:30pm (buy your tickets here)
- September 14th - New York, NY - The Gramercy Theatre at 7:00pm (buy your tickets here)

McFly sell out New York in two minutes!

McFly sold out of tickets for their New York gig – in just two minutes.

“Just heard that the NY show sold out in TWO MINUTES,” Tom Fletcher tweeted. “Awesome. We’ll be announcing a second NY show later!!!!!!”

The news comes after Tom – along with bandmates Danny Jones, Dougie Poynter and Harry Judd – announced that they would be playing two intimate shows in the US – Los Angeles’ Roxy Theatre on September 10th and New York City’s Gramercy Theatre on September 13th.

“We have some fans in America that have been fans for like eight or nine years — right from the beginning — so much so that they fly over to see us in the U.K.,” Tom previously told Billboard.com. “It’s amazing that they are so dedicated. So I think we owe it to them to come over.”

He may be the heartthrob of McFly, but Danny Jones is by no means living the rock and roll lifestyle.

The young guitarist was playing the attentive boyfriend as he said goodbye to his girlfriend Georgia Horsley at a London railway station, yesterday.

The 26-year-old gave his underwear model partner a lingering kiss as they shared an intimate and sweet moment before she departed.



Danny was dressed casually in a pair of cut off shorts and wore a white T-shirt with a blue hooded jacket.

The singer songwriter also sported a pair of sandals due to having recently had an operation on his big toe and being unable to wear shoes or trainers.
