McFly will announce USA details

So Tom and Dougie made it very clear that there'll be an announcement from McFly's camp on Friday this week, that has everything to do with their trip to America. Will there be actual news though? Here's what we already know...

- McFly will travel to America in September 

- McFly will spend about 3 weeks over there 

- McFly will have gigs in New York City and in LA

We assume they're getting up to a lot of promotional stuff (interviews, tv appearances, radio chats etc.) because 3 weeks is a long time for just a couple of gigs. We are advising all the American fans to start saving money, because if McFly are nice and announce actual concert dates on Friday, you guys can start planning trips down to the venues and book hotels etc.

If McFly's experience in America is positive, with a lot of turn out and a lot of interest for them, chances are they'll be back next year for much, much more. So American fans, you know what to do! If the record companies feel that McFly are a hit in the USA, they will want to keep them there. Next step; world fame.

In other news, at one of the meet & greets the other day, McFly have mentioned that the new album probably won't be released until 2013. We are expecting to hear new songs this year, so we're looking forward to a single release or two.
