I liked it, so I put a ring on it!

Exactly on the day we aren't online, something exciting happens in oh so quiet McFly land. Another McFly member is off the market, our favourite drummer proposed to his girlfriend Izzy Johnston yesterday. They are currently on a holiday in St. Lucia, a beautiful island in the eastern Caribbean Sea.

Harry announced the news on Twitter, saying:

Couldn't be happier! My beautiful @izzyeyesalight and I are engaged! Thank you to @rendezvoushotel for making it so special! xxx

The Rendezvous Hotel is an 'Boutique Hotel for couples only' - and it sure looks beautiful. The Rendezvous Hotel replied to Harry's tweet saying: 'All the best to you from the entire Rendezvous team! Remember to steal time, relax, celebrate and share.' We couldn't agree more, we hope they enjoy their holiday.

Izzy tweeted:

So happy! My gorgeous @mcflyharry and I got engaged on the beach by candlelit dinner. I'm the luckiest girl to be marrying my best friend xx

We think we all expected Harry to be the second McFly member to pop the question. And to be honest, we're actually a little jealous of their happiness.

Harry Judd and Izzy Johnston are officially engaged!

Following Tom Fletcher and Giovanna Falcone's wedding last weekend, the happy couple were clearly inspired and have decided to tie the knot.

Harry broke the news via Twitter, telling his followers: "I liked it, so I put a ring on it. #engaged"

He then added: "Couldn't be happier! My beautiful @izzyeyesalight and I are engaged! Thank you to @rendezvoushotel for making it so special! xxx"

Izzy couldn't help sharing the excitement, revealing that Harry Judd popped the question by a candlelit dinner on the beach.

She tweeted: "So happy! My gorgeous @mcflyharry and I got engaged on the beach by candlelit dinner. I'm the luckiest girl to be marrying my best friend xx"

Harry later revealed a picture of an ecstatic-looking Izzy showing off her rock *jealousface.*

Meanwhile, Tom took time out of his honeymoon to say congrats to the pair, tweeting: "AWESOME NEWS!!!! Congrats to @mcflyharry and his FIANCÉ @izzyeyesalight on getting engaged. Xxx"

The Strictly champ has popped the question to his girlfriend Izzy Johnston, of classical group Escala.

Love is certainly in the air for the McFly lads as Harry Judd has just popped the question to long-term girlfriend Izzy Johnston, of classical group Escala.

He announced the news on Twitter, writing: “Couldn't be happier! My beautiful @izzyeyesalight and I are engaged! Thank you to @rendezvoushotel for making it so special! Xxx.”

Fans and famous faces have rushed to congratulate the star, with Strictly partner Aliona Vilani amongst those to express their joy at the news.

Clearly delighted, Harry added: “I liked it, so I put a ring on it. #engaged.”

After winning Strictly Come Dancing 2011, Harry spoke to the Sunday Mirror about how he would propose to stunning Izzy, saying: "I want to keep it as romantic and spontaneous as possible for her.

"We moved in together right at the beginning of Strictly, so you can imagine what that was like! But we are very settled together and we talk about the future a lot.

"I absolutely know 100 percent that in her I have found 'The One', and yes I do want marriage, kids, the whole deal with Izzy.”

Harry’s move follows fellow McFly star Tom Fletcher’s marriage to girlfriend Giovanna Falcone, which took place at the weekend.

Harry and bandmates Dougie Poynter and Danny Jones were Tom’s co-best men as he tied-the-knot with his childhood sweetheart.
