We just found such an adorable article about Floynter. This is only one source, but Tom has confirmed this via Twitter saying: "This isn't until later in the year (for obvious reasons!) but here is one of the things Dougie & I have been working on". Can you imagine this? Too cute!

McFly to write for RHCB

Random House Children's Books has acquired two picturebooks by McFly band members Tom Fletcher and Dougie Poynter.

Publisher for children's colour and licensing Fiona Macmillan bought world rights through Stephanie Thwaites at Curtis Brown. The books will be illustrated by Garry Parsons.

The first title is called The Dinosaur that Pooped Christmas and will be published in October this year. It tells the story of what happens when a baby dinosaur's appetite runs away with itself, and what happens when he has to return Christmas back where it belongs.

Macmillan said: "We are thrilled to have acquired this funny and original text from two very talented voices for today: Tom and Dougie, and for what could well be the first in series of books for the little dinosaur!

"Their shared love of weaving wonderful stories and a passion for children's books shone through when we met. This is a story with for the whole family and one that will really make small boys howl with glee!"

Tom Fletcher might be going to the chapel but he'll be probably be covered in dairy products and tied to a lamp-post first.

Not content with sending Tom Fletcher off to his new life as a married man with any old stag do, the McFly lads have got something a bit more creative planned for his last night as a single man.

In an interview with The Mirror Danny, Harry and Dougie let slip a few details about what they've got up their sleeves, saying: "It might involve midgets and lamp-posts."

"But we can confirm there will be a bathtub, a bowling ball and eight gallons of sour cream. We just want to have a good time."

A bowling ball? Do we even want to know what that's all about?

Tom proposed to girlfriend Giovanna Falcone last year and with the big day set for May, he's already starting to feel a bit jittery about the impending nuptials.

"The planning is going well but I have to write my speech on tour and I'm really nervous about it.

"I quite like that I'm the first of us to get married as the last one is going to get the worst stag do," he said.

Even though Tom is soon to be off the market for good, it sounds like the other lads aren't planning on taking the plunge just yet.

"Tom's like a guinea pig - we'll see how he gets on before we decide anything," Danny added.

Charming.

Delorean
Unless you've been avoiding all McFly related content this week, you might have noticed that McFly has been posting photos of them with the Back To The Future Delorean. Tom posted a video last night of Danny and him driving the famous car.



Tom driving the Delorean was an ultimate "childhood dream coming true". We're actually surprised he didn't come out of the car crying, immensely proud he drove that car. But seeing the look on his face is enough really. Still a little kid at heart huh Tom? We're jealous!

Tom replied to a fan yesterday with his "favourite lyrics". Thanks to him we were able to (nearly) complete the latest added lyrics on our spoiler page. There's only a few more dots to fill in now.

We're so excited for this album and we're also incredibly jealous of David Spearing, apparently he heard another new McFly demo and it blew his face off. "It was incredible. Can't wait to film the making of this album." he said. BRING ON THE NEW ALBUM!
