I'm not tired enough to sleep!

It seems Harry's new photoshoot for Attitude caused a stir when it was unveiled:

Harry Judd Will Be Keeping His Shirt On For Strictly Come Dancing Finale, He Tells 'Attitude'
(Source: Huffington Post)

Harry Judd may have to turn on some special tricks to walk off with this year's title of Strictly Come Dancing champion during the show finale at the weekend, but, to the disappointment of his fans, removing his shirt will not be one of them.

The McFly drummer, who has emerged as one of the favourites to take the title, doesn't want viewers to think he's a show-off.

Despite happily posing with his gym-honed six-pack for the cover of Attitude, he told the magazine, "People must be thinking, 'Put it away, mate. That guy is obsessed with himself.'"

Judd's dancefloor-ready body hasn't always been in the state seen in the magazine's photo-shoot video.

He told the magazine, "Pre working out, I thought people who did were vain and the gym was for losers. Now I work out I totally get why people do it. I'm quite obsessive so once I start I want the best body. It's become a mixture of health, enjoyment, the challenge of the gym and a vanity thing."

The magazine has officially crowned the Strictly star their hottest man of the year. It's the second time in a year that the musician has appeared on its cover.

The full interview with Harry Judd is in Attitude Magazine, on sale now, in print and digital platforms through attitude.co.uk.

Danny Jones discussed McFly's gay icon status
(Source: Flecking Records)

Danny Jones has spoken about the gay icon status of his band, McFly.

The band have posed in the nip for several Attitude features, the most recent involves a super-buff looking Harry Judd – his Strictly Come Dancing training is clearly paying off.

Speaking about his gay icon status and the photos McFly shot for Attitude magazine, Danny said during a radio interview “I didn’t look as good Harry and Tom [Fletcher], I’m still a skinny little runt to be honest with you.

“Harry’s just done another shoot so it’ll be coming out soon. I think Harry’s more of a gay icon than me.”

Be sure to pick up a copy of Attitude with Harry on the cover – hot hot hot.

Poynter: 'rehab Saved My Life'
(Source: Female First)

British pop star Dougie Poynter is convinced his stint in rehab saved hislife.

The McFly musician checked into a clinic in March (11) to deal with hisalcohol issues following the breakdown of his relationship with The Saturdays singer Frankie Sandford.

The bassist has since bounced back, winning British reality TV show I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! earlier this month (Dec 11), and he now reveals he is glad he faced up to his problems.

He tells Britain's The Sun, "I went into rehab after a long time havingissues with myself. One thing led to another and all of a sudden I was in there. "It was either that or God knows what would have happened.

It was solely the best thing I've ever done, it completely and utterly saved my life.I'm all hunkydory now.

"When I came out I was a bit confused as to the way I was going to be living my life from then on, but I guess I got lucky. "After a few months I started seeing changes, my relationships with family and friends, and life in general, got better".
