The Saturdays "Five Hour" Hideout To Avoid McFly

So The Saturdays reportedly spent five hours hiding in a football players' changing room so that Frankie and her McFly ex could avoid an awkward meeting. Both bands were performing at the Towneley Live festival in Burnley, but strategic timing and a secret Saturdays hideaway at Burnley FC meant there was no encounter between the two.

"Organisers arranged transport for the girls so they would arrive at the festival site once McFly had left," a source told the Daily Mirror. "They both made it clear that they respect each other's privacy so it was more to make sure there wasn't any unnecessary awkwardness."

Luckily McFly were first on at the gig so The Saturdays arrived after the boys had headed for another show in Doncaster.

Frankie is now dating footballer Wayne Bridge who she took to the show on Saturday.

In any other news: Tom recently tweeted about recording in the studio... He said: "Just finishing up at the studio. Another kick ass day. I was playing guitar with some pros and showing myself up.", "Back from the studio. My fingers hurt from playing so much guitar today! Sounds awesome though!" and "Morning. Back to the studio again today". - But it might not be all McFly related! To a fan asking who he's in the studio with, he replied: "With some musicians who are recording some songs I've written for something I've been working on for 3 years!"
About 21 hours ago, he told all his followers "Listening to @LittleFletcher doing some of the best vocal takes I've ever heard!" Is Carrie forming a band? Who's Tom working with? Or is this something completely different? You bet we're curious now... To be continued!
