Hey everyone!

Sorry we've been not as good with updates as we usually are... what can you do, half the team is on holiday whilst the other half is having a boogy at a wedding. Ah well, got to make this happen for you lot, so bear with us whilst we try to "come back" with our regular updates on what's been going on in McFly land.

First off, an article about a pairing that we certainly wouldn't mind happening... We admit that we're very protective over our little Dougie, so basically no girl is getting near him without us ready to punch them a black eye or two... but for this girl, we'd make an exception.

McFly's Dougie Poynter would love to date Emma..

McFly's Dougie Poynter has his eye on beautiful Emma Watson and reckons his crush has helped him get over his split.

The 23-year-old was dumped by Frankie Sandford of the Saturday's for the second time in November.

He spent most of this year heartbroken, but now he's feeling confident and ready to date again.

And the McFly guitarist has his eye on two girls in particular. In an interview with The Daily Star, he revealed: "If I could date anyone right now it'd be Emma Roberts or Emma Watson,

"I tried to get to Emma Watson the other day at the Harry Potter premiere, but she must have been pre-warned about me."

After splitting from singer Frankie Sandford, 22, Dougie completed a stay in rehab, tweeting: "Thanks for all your support, really means a lot x," to his followers after he left the Priory in March.

Tom Fletcher Rocked By Latest Japan Quake

Mcfly star Tom Fletcher was left shaken in Japan after a strong earthquake hit the eastern coast of the country on Sunday (24Jul11).

The pop star, who is currently touring Japan with his bandmates, was terrified after he was awoken by the quake, which struck 175 miles (282 kilometres) northeast of Tokyo.

But after taking to Twitter.com to tell fans about his fear, Fletcher soon realised that locals didn't consider the tremor a serious threat.

He tweets, "S**iiit!!!!!! just got woken up by bloody earthquake. That could be small if you're used to it but it was bloody scary for us Brits!

"I'm guessing that was kind of a nonevent for everyone else. I was straight out of bed standing naked... under the doorframe. That's what they do in the movies right? Not naked of course."

No damage or injuries have been reported after the earthquake, which hit the same region devastated by March's (11) massive quake and tsunami.
